Lovely White from the brand Korean brand Orange Story. You don't see too much of her around anymore. When I first was getting in to cute stationery the Orange Story characters were my favorites. Their online store closed sometime in 2005, I think. I haven't seen any new images in a loooong time.
So they stopped making this? That's so sad, i had this stationary as a kid and i've been looking like crazy trying to find it :c
