I hope you all have a lovely spring equinox. It rained in the afternoon where I am but the sunset was beautiful! I took the opportunity to take a walk around the property. My ears still got nippy but spring is for sure in the air!

Spring Chick Cupcakes

I've had these little guys sitting around waiting to be posted for a while. Since it's nearing spring and Easter I thought now would be a good time. These are inverted cupcakes decorated with coconut and since the recipe is from Martha Stewart these are probably as tasty as they are taking. (Hmm...I think I might be pushing the alliteration a little far there.)
